I was referred to Exceptional Air by a family member and I glad I got the number. Called and got Dave the owner on the phone right away and he was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with about my home renovation I was doing. Came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate and showed up promptly at the time we scheduled the appointment. He wore a mask , gloves and even shoe covers! He walked me through my entire house to explain all work that needed to get done , why and with full calculation, gave me a very reasonable price and needles to say I had him come and do the work. This was the first time I met David Brown who owns Exceptional Care Heating & Air. I wanted to find out about a central air system and also mini splits. David checked the old system for me and told me he thought he knew what the problem was and he could fix it which he did and fixed the now 13 yr central air system and told me I should have a good many years before I needed a new system. I was thrilled and in shock. He not only did that but also took the time to check all of my registers to make sure they were all working. I recommend David, very, very highly. He could have sold me a whole new system for the second floor in my home, but instead he saved me a great deal of money. To find someone who is honest and trustworthy is wonderful!!
